What are import credits?

Import credits are units that users can purchase to import Photoshop files. Each file consumes a certain number of credits based on the file size.

How are import credits calculated?

Import credits are calculated based on the size of the Photoshop file you want to import. Files between 0–100 MB use 1 credit, 101–200 MB use 2 credits, and 201–300 MB use 3 credits. Maximum file size allowed is 300 MB. Note: Only successful imported files are counted.

Can I purchase multiple packages at the same time?

Yes, you can buy import credits in packages that suit your needs. We offer different options to accommodate various usage levels.

How do I know how many import credits I need?

When you upload your Photoshop file, we'll automatically calculate the required import credits based on the file size. You'll see this information before proceeding in the plugin's UI.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?

If you attempt to import a Photoshop file but you don't have enough credits, we will notify you and provide options to purchase additional credits in the plugin's UI.

Are there any limitations on file size or number of imports?

The maximum file size allowed is 300 MB and there's no limit on the number of imports you can perform as long as you have sufficient credits.

Is there an expiry date or time limit on credits?

No, there is no expiry date or time limit on credits. You can use them whenever you need to import files without worrying about expiration.
