1. About Figmats
Figmats ("we", "us", or "our") develops and sells Figma plugins that allow designers to import files from external formats — including Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, Photoshop (.psd), PowerPoint (.pptx), and Pinterest boards — directly into Figma and FigJam. Our plugins are distributed through the Figma Community and sold via our website at figmats.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits or make any transaction on our website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Products and Services
Figmats plugins are tools that run inside the Figma design platform. Each plugin is subject to Figma's own Terms of Service. Our current plugins include:
- Illustrator Importer — Imports Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files into Figma as editable vectors.
- EPS Importer — Imports EPS files into Figma and FigJam as editable vectors.
- Photoshop Importer — Imports Photoshop (.psd) files into Figma as pixel-perfect images.
- PowerPoint Importer — Imports PowerPoint (.pptx) presentations into Figma, FigJam, and Figma Slides.
- Pinterest Importer — Imports Pinterest boards and pins into Figma and FigJam.
- Big Image Importer — Imports high-resolution images into Figma and FigJam at full size. This plugin is provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
4. Credit-Based Payment System
Most Figmats plugins operate on a credit-based system. Credits are units purchased in advance and consumed when you import a file. Key terms of this system:
- Credits are purchased as one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the specific plugin for which they were purchased.
- Credits do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase.
- The number of credits consumed per import depends on the file type and size, as displayed within the plugin before you confirm the import.
- Free trial credits (where offered) are provided for evaluation purposes and are subject to the same terms.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorised merchant of record. When you make a purchase, you are transacting with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes as determined by Paddle at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; such changes will not affect credits already purchased.
6. Refund Policy
Because our plugins offer free trial credits before purchase, all sales of credit packs are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been used. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- You purchased credits but have not used any of them, and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- A technical failure on our end caused credits to be consumed without a successful import.

support@figmats.com within 14 days of your purchase date, including your order reference number. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
7. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase credits and use a Figmats plugin, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the plugin for your personal or professional design work within the Figma platform.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Figmats plugins or credits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Figmats plugin.
- Use our plugins in any way that violates Figma's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
- Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits or interact with our plugins.
8. Intellectual Property
All Figmats plugins, including their code, design, branding, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Figmats. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The content you import using our plugins remains your own property.
9. Third-Party Services
Our plugins operate within the Figma platform and may interact with third-party services such as Pinterest. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Import results will perfectly replicate every feature of the source file format.
- The plugins will be compatible with all versions of the Figma platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Figmats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or related to your use of our plugins or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 90 days preceding the claim.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our plugins or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
